The purpose of the wastewater treatment plant network is to provide Valley treatment plant operators an avenue to exchange information and technical knowledge about their operations, to enable operators to help each other troubleshoot and problem solve with professionals in the wastewater treatment field, and to provide increased training opportunities for all.
